These terms apply when you use the Cleaven app and the website at cleaven.app. Cleaven is made by an independent developer based in India ("Cleaven", "we", "us"). By using Cleaven, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
01Using Cleaven
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use the optional account features only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Cleaven is a tool to help you focus. It is not medical or psychological advice, or treatment for any condition.
- Please don't misuse the app: no hacking, reverse engineering to cheat, automating sessions, or interfering with other people's use of it.
02Your account and Friends
- An account is optional and uses Google sign-in. You're responsible for your Google account and what happens under it.
- Be decent to the people you add. The name you set must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may remove a profile name or an account that breaks this.
- You can delete your account at any time, as described on the delete account page.
03Coins, gems and purchases
- Coins and gems are in-app items with no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, transferred, or sold, and they're tied to your copy of the app or account.
- Paid items such as gem packs and Cleaven Plus will be sold through Google Play when available, under Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, and you can ask us for help too.
- Progress is never for sale: purchases unlock characters, pieces and cosmetics, never stages or embers.
- If data on your phone is lost, for example by uninstalling without a backup, we may not be able to restore earned coins, gems or progress.
04Our content
The Cleaven name, logo, characters, artwork, stories, sounds and code belong to Cleaven. You may share images and videos you create with the app's share features. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app or its art otherwise.
05Changes and availability
We're always improving Cleaven, so features may change, and some may be added or removed. We'll try to give notice of big changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and using Cleaven after that means you accept the new terms.
06No warranty, and limits on liability
Cleaven is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that notifications will never be delayed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
